About Jake

Born and raised in Middletown, Delaware. I grew up spending summers in Ocean City and Fenwick Island. Working as a captain on the waterways is where I initially found my love and passion for Maryland and Delaware.

Since those days,  I have been fortunate to live in many great locales like Wilmington NC, Baltimore, Washington DC, Chicago, and Charleston.

I was ecstatic when I returned to the area, making it my home with my wife and now two sons taking my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate with a brokerage that values trust, integrity, stability, longevity and the highest standards of work.

 I am grateful to be able to apply my expertise and local market knowledge to help anyone who is looking to sell their home, whether it be an investor, a seasoned home-owner looking to sell their permanent residence or a frustrated homeowner who’s home failed to originally sell.
